Life is filled with surprises and demands, making it easy to chronically put others’ needs before our own. When we do so, we fall into unhealthy patterns. We women tend to be great at juggling; however what often gets lost is time for our own personal self-care.

As a life coach, educator and guide, I have worked in the area of wellness for over 3 decades as a psychotherapist and now as a Life Coach and Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I also currently serve as Director of Employee WellBeing for a company based in LA.
It is my passion to inspire and empower all people to live in the light of their highest potential.

My morning routine
A strong cappuccino and a few minutes of quiet to center myself and set a one word intention for the day.
Workday focus
Working with courageous and curious women who want to carve out more time to BE more of who they really are.
Playtime
Anytime I get with my 5 year old granddaughter is magic. She truly shows me what being in flow and spontaneity look like.
End of day ritual
I end the day by identifying something I need HELP with, am THANKFUL for, and that has WOWED me (thank you, Anne Lamott).
