Living with Diabetes

Helping women reclaim their health after a chronic diagnosis.

Managing any form of diabetes is challenging and with the constant of moving parts (diet, movement, stress, medication changes, etc), it can sometimes feel impossible.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been struggling to manage your diabetes for years, my mission is to support you in transforming your confusion into clarity, overwhelm into balance, and immobility into courageous action, so you can make healthy and empowered choices that allow you to step fully into a life grounded in wellbeing. 

 I know this journey inside and out, having been diagnosed with LADA (Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults) when I was 50 years old. I would love to bring both my experience and knowledge base to you in an effort to support you in your journey to manage and live well with diabetes.

Nanette McIntyre Coaching offers individual coaching and programs designed for anyone for whom managing their diabetes feels like a full-time job.

Premarital Coaching

A toolbox for a vibrant marriage.

Marriage is quite the journey! A healthy marriage doesn’t rely on avoiding conflict, rather it relies on each person’s willingness to navigate conflict with kindness, openness, and curiosity. 

As with marriage counseling and couples counseling, fostering a relationship built on love and trust is the primary goal of premarital coaching. Good communication is essential to a successful relationship and is something we focus on and support in couples coaching.

This is a lighthearted approach with a focus on your relational strengths, as well as any areas of particular challenge.

A minimum of 3 one-hour Couples Coaching Sessions required.

In addition to the program, you may also schedule individual one-on-one coaching sessions.
